Meagan McHale

With nearly a decade of experience in personal injury law, Meagan McHale has been an integral part of Naiser Law Office since 2019. As Nick Naiser’s right hand, she keeps the firm running seamlessly, managing client communication, discovery, medical record review, court filings, and trial preparation. Meagan also plays a key role in office management and financial operations, overseeing QuickBooks and other administrative systems.

Meagan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and an associate’s degree in paralegal studies. In June 2025, she earned her Certified Kentucky Paralegal (CKP) credential through the Kentucky Paralegal Association, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and continued growth.

A Louisville native, Meagan now calls Jeffersonville, Indiana home, where she lives with her husband, Ryan, their two sons, Ollie and Liam, and their dog, Maui. When she’s off the clock, she’s likely deep into a true crime podcast or decoding Taylor Swift Easter eggs—because attention to detail is kind of her thing.
